This part of the course walks you through a real-life Six Sigma Project from start to finish. Every step of the way is explained so you know both the how and why. You will learn some exciting stuff along the way and in the end, make your employee's life a little easier, and hopefully, save your company some money to boot.

Take your well-equipment toolbox and find a project to tackle! Follow the DMAIC phases and submit a report for each step along the way. Make use of the weekly office hours to discuss your progress and get some direction on how to navigate any stumbling blocks.

I greatly enjoyed getting to work on a project using the structure that Dr. MMV has laid out. The importance of a project charter, scoping documents, and ensuring that you have the right folks on the team were difference makers in me being able to complete my project in a timely fashion.
